Production Line Layout & Process Flow

In compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, our production processes are systematically managed with a well-organized production line layout. The main process flow includes:

Incoming Material Inspection → Cold Heading → Turning → Tapping / Slotting → CNC Precision Machining → Optical Sorting → Final Inspection & Packing

Main Production Equipment
  1.  Cold Heading Machines: Cold heading machines are key equipment for forming fastener blanks, offering high efficiency and excellent dimensional consistency, especially suitable for mass production.
  2.  Lathe Machines: Lathe machines are used for machining outer profiles, end faces, and critical dimensions, suitable for prototype development and special-structure components.
  3.  CNC Lathes: CNC lathes are applied for high-precision and complex clinching fasteners, ensuring excellent dimensional accuracy and consistency.
  4.  Tapping Machines: Tapping machines are used for internal thread processing, ensuring thread accuracy and assembly performance in line with ISO 9001 critical characteristic controls.
  5.  Slotting Machines: Slotting machines are used for machining locating grooves and functional slots to meet diversified customer requirements.
  6.  Automatic Optical Sorting Machines: Optical sorting machines are applied for automatic inspection of appearance and dimensions, effectively reducing defect escape and supporting ISO 9001 quality assurance.
