Self-clinching nuts are installed by placing them in properly sized holes in sheets and applying a parallel squeezing force to the head of the nut. The sheet metal surrounding the head cold flows into an undercut thereby making the fastener an integral part of the sheet. A serrated clinching ring prevents the fastener from rotating after installation.

Product Description
This knurled clinch nut is a precision fastener specially designed for sheet metal and thin plate connection. The main body is made of stainless steel, with a knurled tooth structure in the middle and standard internal threads. It can be permanently fixed on thin plate workpieces such as sheet metal, chassis and cabinets through the riveting process. Without tapping or welding, it can form a high-strength, anti-loosening internal thread connection point on the thin plate. It is widely used in electronic equipment, communication cabinets, automobile manufacturing, sheet metal processing, medical equipment and other industries, and is the core hardware for lightweight connection of thin plates.
